In 1979 Patrick Finnegan MRCVS established the Animal Clinic Walkinstown. Over the years Pat has developed a caring service providing veterinary treatment to local small animals. During the last 30 Years our service and care has attracted patients as far a field as Offaly, Laois, Kildare and Wicklow not to mention a large portion of Dublin suburbs and city.

All Care Veterinary Centre has been awarded Premises Accreditation by the Veterinary Council of Ireland, in accordance with the Veterinary Practice Act 2005; achieving the highest of standards for our patients. Our team is comprised of fully qualified and professionally registered personal only. As part of our dedication to our patients, we offer 24hour emergency services seven days a week.
